How deCODEme helped a heart patient fight prostate cancer
A ruggedly fit man, Mr. Charles Wallace discovered his prostate cancer unintentionally. Initially, he walked into Dr. Bale’s office to see how genetic testing could help him monitor his heart condition.
“We’re both just thankful that he had the genetic testing done, that it was available for him, and that it found the cancer before the cancer spread,” Mrs. Wallace tells us, obviously relieved.
